What's the Role?

Piaz Capital is looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing business operations. You will play a key role in organizing and coordinating various tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the CEO with scheduling and organizing meetings and events.
  • Performing administrative tasks, including managing appointments, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Attending events with the CEO, helping with networking and scheduling meetings.
  • Identifying and attending relevant events, taking notes, summarizing information, reporting on events, and assisting with tasks such as photography and videography.
  • Preparing documents, paperwork, and speeches for the CEO.
  • Proactively suggesting events and programs for the CEO to attend.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco.
  • Preferred Candidate: Students or recent graduates with limited work experience.
  • Communication Skills: Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability: Ability to effectively adapt to changing work conditions and information.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Basic understanding of Business and Marketing concepts.
  • Work Attitude: Positive, energetic, and a strong team player with a whatever it takes mentality to ensure team success.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible working hours, with a commitment of 2 hours per day, up to 10 hours per week. Occasionally, attending events or meeting in person in San Francisco may be required.
