Self-scheduling with a manager available from 7 AM to 7 PM to ensure balance. Block scheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.RNs will float to Med-Surg ~80% of the time to take a full patient assignment if there are no laboring patients in the department.Active labor, elective inductions, low-risk pregnancies (37 weeks and up).BLS, ACLS, NRPMeditech
