We're searching for a HR professional with a love for culture and people. If you have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations and training, multi-unit oversight experience and a solid understanding of HR systems management, we want to talk to you. Your Role

As the HR Business Partner, you'll report directly to the Managing Director of Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach. Your role will be critical in supporting Hotel General Managers in their recruiting efforts, establishing performance goals, and ensuring HR practices are adhered to. It'll be an exhilarating ride, but you'll have the backing of a rock-solid team.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Offer HR support to the General Managers.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and compliance processes
  • Partner with the centralized Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TACOE) on Recruitment Efforts
  • Manage personnel records and employment verification
  • Ensure adherence to all federal and state employment laws
  • Support administration of Workers' Compensation claims
  • Assist management in hiring and onboarding
  • Aid in payroll processing and administration of leave, time off, and vacations

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of human resource leadership experience.
  • HR Leadership in a Hotel Experience, Required.
  • Full Service Hotel Environment, Highly Preferred
  • Hotel operations management experience, Preferred.
  • SPHR/PHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, Highly Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University

Skills and Abilities

You'll need to be a creative thinker, computer literate, knowledgeable in government labor regulations, benefits processing, and budget preparation. Your communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, will be exemplary. You'll be an organized leader who can prioritize tasks and work cohesively with your team.
