Title: Manager 2 - Strategic Planning

Duration: 12 months

Location: Raleigh, NC

Role will be Hybrid, mainly Remote and be Onsite maybe once a month for a few days at a time

• Should be local to Raleigh, NC (address in Fieldglass is incorrect)
• Possible title for this role Advanced Technician Deployment Lead
• A Part of the Large Molecule Team
• Must have a Bachelors Degree; possibly in Biochemical, Engineering or Supply Chain - but open to other areas
• Must have Pharmaceutical process experience
• Will help with the deployment of advanced technologies
• Will be responsible for End-to-End Deployment Process
• Will assist in the Raleigh, NC group, as well as the global teams
• Must have at least 4-5 years of experience
• Should have Project Management skills
• Should have Presentation skills - examples: communication, rapport
• Experience with Manufacturing optimization and business excellence
• Must have GMP knowledge and exp
• Digital exp (SQL, MES, Snowflake are examples)

The Advanced Technologies and Innovations Deployment Specialist is responsible for deploying advanced technologies and innovations utilizing the End-to-End Innovation Deployment Process. This role involves deploying technologies and innovations with site functions and product teams, being accountable for the deployment strategy, driving value proposition and value capture, acting as the Global Technology Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for deployed technologies, ensuring global alignment with key stakeholders, and authoring technical documents.

What would you consider to be the top 3, non-negotiable skills that you'll be looking for when reviewing candidate resumes?: leadership, presentation skills (general presence), adaptability

Can the role operate fully remote, or will there be onsite requirements for this posting?: prefer location of candidate within Raleigh NC area. Mostly remote however there should be presence onsite intermittently at one of our contract manufacturers in the area.

What would you consider to be an ideal candidate background for this position? Project management expertise with experience in technology and pharmaceuticals. They should have some experience or exposure in business excellence and general manufacturing optimization. Ideally experience within GMP mfg.
