Are you a Production Manager, from an assembly manufacturing background, looking to step up in to an Engineering Directors position?

This an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future growth of this market leading organization and put your own stamp on the engineering department.

On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques. You will lead a team of Assemblers, Manufacturing Engineers and Mechanical / Electrical Engineers.

This is a great opportunity to become an Engineering Director and develop technically thought tuition reimbursement schemes and progress up to C Suite level in the future.

The Role:

*Engineering Director responsible for a team of 50

*Production planning and introducing new lines

*Process improvements and implementing lean manufacturing

The Candidate:

*Manufacturing or Engineering or Production Manager

*Assembly manufacturing background

*Wants progression to Director / C Suite level
