Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of HR located in Jackson, MI at Technique Inc. The Director of HR will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Performance Management
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Experience in manufacturing industry HR is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
