Immediate opening for a Field Service Manager - PERM opportunity
Company on the East Coast but will hire from any US state.
80% travel Domestic and some International
Must have valid US Passport
Will be responsible for the following:
Plans and oversees installations, troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper function and maximize uptime.
· Handles service contracts and directs support services.
· Develops methods, guidelines, and operating procedures to facilitate efficient service delivery.
· Reviews service reports to monitor service performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineering, manufacturing and other teams as needed.
· Ensures the project/department milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.
Education and/or Experience
· Bachelor's degree in management, business or related field.
· 1-3 years of experience required.
· Strong technical background with commercial equipment required.
· Must possess or be qualified to obtain international passport.
· Must have working knowledge of using basic tools, multimeter, manometers.
· Must have the ability to read and explain wire diagrams.
· Must be proficient in MS Office, data analytics and reporting.
