The TC Food & Beverage Manager is charged with working collaboratively w/ General Manager to assist in achieving a business plan for a restaurant catering. The TC Food & Beverage Manager is the primary contact for their department and is responsible for the entire restaurant & catering operation. This role is also responsible for building and maintaining an engaged workforce. In addition, this role is charged with assisting and driving business strategies to enable current goals and maximize profit in both the short and long term. The TC Food & Beverage Manager motivates the team to provide world-class guest experience through leading by example and integrating Tillamooks shared values into interactions, employee relations and alike.
