Concierge / Part-time Assistant to Private Equity Principal (San Francisco)
Investor in International Early Stage Private Equity Fund seeks Concierge / Assistant to provide support to him in his personal and professional life when he is based in Silicon Valley. The assistant will be paid a base salary whether they work or not and be paid more if their hours exceed 25/month. They will know in advance when he will need help. Work is mostly remote.
Requirements: 5 years' PA/EA experience or the equivalent; BA/BS from competitive US college or equivalent; MS Office Suite and other standard office software; facility with tech; familiarity with UHNW individuals; experience with calendar coordination; experience with both domestic and international travel; the ability to identify resources locally and in other countries; flexibility and adaptability; excellent communication capacity across varied stakeholders; the propensity for seamlessly functioning with other elements of his support team while assuming full responsibility as his primary point of support.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging travel, domestic and international, commercial and private
- Keeping his calendar across time zones
- Keeping up with him while he's traveling, again across international time zones
- Communicating with team members in foreign countries, mostly Berlin and London and sometimes Asia
- Research for him, for example getting him the right coaches
- Helping him arrange the right activities and programs for his 12-year-old son
- Organizing conferences and meetings
- Flexibility to adapt your schedule to his
-Infrequent travel to Palo Alto to coordinate events

$50K/year base salary
$100/hr for work exceeding 25hrs/month
