The primary responsibility of the grader clean-up laborer is the orderly, smooth, and efficient cleaning and sanitizing all grader and production areas according to Rose Acre and USDA standards. The grader clean-up crew may be asked to clean other areas at the discretion of the complex manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Clean the Grader Machine and related components. Clean the Egg Candling Area. Clean the scales, re-wash belt, floors, pans and buckets, etc. Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Must be able to work evening or 2nd shift hours. Must be in good physical health, as working conditions require constant movement, bending, turning, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 45 lbs. Capable of working weekend shifts and maintaining a flexible schedule to help the other departments when needed. Capable of working late (if needed) past the scheduled leave time to complete the job.
