Avoca Search is excited to partner with Graves Gilbert Clinic in Bowling Green, KY in their search for a Finance Director. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader to join a growing and independent community health clinic.
This position will oversee the financial operations of Primary Care and Medical Specialties. The Director will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) while working collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer, physician leaders, and staff. The Director will lead all financial operations to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, assess financial performance to industry benchmarks and key performance indicators, assist the CFO in business forecasting, and support the calculation of provider compensation.
Graves Gilbert Clinic is an independent physician-owned and physician-operated, community-driven clinic located in Bowling Green, Kentucky that offers primary care, specialty, and urgent care at locations throughout South Central Kentucky. Graves Gilbert Clinic has been dedicated to providing its community with a full range of inpatient and outpatient services with over 28 locations with 108 providers, and 100 mid-levels in 30 specialties delivering primary and specialty care services.
Ideal candidates for the Finance Director role will have at least five years of experience in healthcare financial operations and a strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations. A Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is required.
