Position Overview:
The Data Lead will provide technical leadership to enhance Data Segmentation strategies and Dashboard design/automation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Data Segmentation: Develop and refine data segmentation strategies, analyze trends, and enhance segmentation across platforms.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization: Direct the development of automated data processes, optimize performance tracking, and integrate APIs/cloud platforms.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards to monitor key deposit metrics. Create automated reports to support decision-making.
- Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership: Foster teamwork, manage team performance, and partner with leadership to drive product growth.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all workflows adhere to financial regulations and maintain data accuracy and security.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 6+ years in data analytics, segmentation, and automation; preferably in financial services. Proven team leadership experience required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), workflow automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Key Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
This positions requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days a week.
