The Assembler position plays an important role in ensuring the production standards for our products are met and participate in the assembly of molded parts of various medical lines. This position will work closely with operators, shift supervisors, and engineers to assure all suspect material is identified, procedures are carried through, and training/education is conducted to ensure future success and high-quality standards are met.The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 7AM-3:15PM. Some overtime may be required based on business need.Responsibilities:
- Perform all necessary assembly utilizing specific instructions and a variety of tools
- Follows existing manufacturing criteria assuring productivity rates and quality standards are at or above the customer requirements
- Participates in ongoing input to improve upon all aspect of the Assembly Process and general work practices with Trelleborg.
- Prepares and maintains accurate production records contributing to the success of the entire workforce and Trelleborg.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment and assists all of other team members when applicable
- Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Physical capabilities involved with performing all job- related tasks. Must be able to lift/carry 25 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand English written work instructions.
- Basic Math Skills
- Basic Computer data entry
