- Manage or make recommendations for resource allocations to implement plant-wide EC.
- Supervise and report on manufacturing process and quality management system performance opportunities, and work with the organization towards improvements.
- Assign a person in their department to be responsible for the DCN system.
- Help develop and manage the annual capital budget.
- Help develop and manage the annual cost reduction budget.
- Coordinate with Division Sourcing to maintain vendor tooling.
- Coordinate or perform I.E. activities.
- Perform special projects as required.
- Write ECs and conduct EC meetings.
- Coordinate the development and management of the quality system.
- Coordinate resource allocations between assessment and corrective activities.
- Designated ISO representative.

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Demonstrated experience in the use of computers and ability to manage web-based applications
- Ability to read, write, understand, and apply written instructions, procedures, and technical standards
- Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Comfortable driving improvement, taking initiative and being hands-on
- Legal authorization to work within the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
