We are looking for someone with a background in luxury retail, who can provide exceptional service and care to our clientele.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide impeccable, white glove service to clients and be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Baccarat global standards.

Demonstrate expert knowledge of products as well as Baccarat history and heritage.

Exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs (ADT, UPT, etc.) and use CRM tools to build and retain relationships with our current customers and identify potential clients.

Proactively avoid customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions for customers and using best-in-class customer service.

Maintain awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity.

Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business.

Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor when needed.

Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is a plus.
