Job Description :

We are opening the search for one of our most critical roles at Parable, hiring an Enterprise Success Partner.

This person will be instrumental in generating value for C-level executives at large companies, helping them evolve how they lead, work, and deliver results.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, strategic advisory, and organizational transformation. You'll have the opportunity to shape how some of the world's leading companies think about and use their most precious resource - their time.

If this sounds like the kind of challenge you want to tackle in the next chapter of your career, we'd love to talk.

This role is for someone who:
  • Possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and interpersonal skills, because success at the enterprise level requires business acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and emotional intelligence.
  • Excels at building executive relationships. You can walk into a room with C-suite leaders and immediately establish credibility, not through rehearsed pitches, but through thoughtful insight, empathy, and genuine curiosity.
  • Thinks in systems and outcomes. When you see a complex organizational challenge, you naturally break it down into clear, actionable steps. You've got the project management skills to handle complex implementations, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture - the transformational outcomes our customers are seeking.
  • Is energized by complexity. You understand that real organizational change is messy and multifaceted. You have 5+ years of experience navigating enterprise environments, and you've developed a sixth sense for managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in multilayered organizational structures with grace and purpose.
  • Is fascinated by how organizations really work. You've likely spent years in enterprise environments, but instead of accepting the status quo, you've always questioned why things work the way they do. You're constantly reading about management, leadership, and organizational behavior - not because you have to, but because you're genuinely curious about what makes great organizations tick, and how you can help your own customers.
  • Has an unusual blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You can craft and deliver compelling executive presentations one day and dive deep into implementation details the next. You're as comfortable in quarterly business reviews as you are in day-to-day problem-solving sessions.
  • Moves fast and is independent. You love to respond to customer requests and requirements in half the time that most competent people think is usually possible. You take full ownership over the relationship, its successes and setbacks.
  • You will be responsible for:
  • Owning and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at private and public companies with $250M to $2B+ in revenue, serving as their trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive success plans that align our solutions and data insights with each customer's unique strategic objectives and organizational context.
  • Building and maintaining relationships across multiple stakeholder groups within each account, from C-suite executives to day-to-day users.
  • Project managing complex implementation and adoption initiatives, ensuring smooth deployment and meaningful impact.
  • Partnering with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate customer needs into actionable insights and solutions.
  • Creating and delivering executive-level presentations and business reviews that demonstrate clear ROI and strategic value.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within your portfolio while maintaining high retention rates.
  • Leading strategic initiatives that help scale our enterprise success practices as we grow.
  • In your first 3 months, you'll:
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of our most strategic accounts, diving deep into their unique challenges and organizational dynamics.
  • Develop comprehensive success plans that tie our solutions directly to measurable business outcomes.
  • Create new standards for how we engage with and deliver value to executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with our product and data science teams to ensure customer insights drive our product evolution.
  • Begin identifying opportunities to expand our impact within your accounts.
  • You will love it because:
  • You're in the eye of the storm. We're building an AI product and services company that's tackling one of today's most important challenges: making time matter in a world that hijacks our attention. We're in the most dynamic industry in the world, building a product with large-scale impact on organizations and individuals.
  • You will drive direct impact on the business, and on our customers. There is no role with a more direct impact on customers and the growth of the company. Your engagement shapes the client experience and is the initial basis for competitive differentiation.
  • It's a fast-track to promotion. There is a clear path to manager-level position within 2 years with overachievement of business metrics.
  • There is no better company to learn. You will work closely with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, who are business savvy and deeply care about you. You will receive feedback daily to acquire the skills and knowledge to build your own company, or take a leadership position.
  • There is unlimited financial upside. In addition to equity, you will have an uncapped W-2 opportunity based on the retention you deliver for the business.
  • We work hard and we provide great working conditions. We are fully committed to growing this business, and have high expectations of our team. This is also a revenue-carrying role where what matters is the achievement of results (not face time or politics). You have a high degree of autonomy and control over when, where, and how you work to deliver the results.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise customer success or strategic account management experience.
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise accounts ($1M+ ARR).
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in sophisticated enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • A data-driven approach to demonstrating and communicating value.
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation initiatives is a plus.
