About Us

Creator Club is revolutionizing collaborations in the creator economy, making it easier than ever for creators to connect, pitch, and grow together. As we scale, we're looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of our product roadmap, enhance user experience, and drive strategic growth.

Your Role

As a Product Manager, you'll lead the development of features that simplify collaboration, gamify creator discovery, and optimize engagement. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to build intuitive, scalable solutions that empower creators worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap based on user insights, business goals, and market trends.
• Prioritize features that drive engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and market research to shape product improvements.
• Track key product metrics (activation, retention, conversion) and iterate based on insights.
• Work closely with engineering & design teams to develop and launch impactful features.
• Define clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for each product iteration.
• Align product development with marketing, growth, and community teams to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep product initiatives on track.
• Conduct A/B tests, prototype new ideas, and iterate quickly based on real-world performance.
• Identify emerging trends in the creator economy, gamification, and digital collaboration to keep our platform ahead of the curve.
