Operates egg grading machine at maximum efficient speed for quality of eggs being run, while ensuring production schedule is met and quality of eggs produced meet standards. Qualifications DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Maintains regular and consistent attendance in relation to production scheduling and or time volunteered for. Sets machine computer based on weights, packing heads, etc. Monitors packing unit operation to insure high levels of efficiency and quality standards are met. Remove shells from transfer and packer areas which may affect packaging quality standards. Removes any dirty eggs from machines and or packages and runs them back through the wash cycle. Regularly communicates with packing and quality assurance personnel to insure product quality standards are being met at all times.
