This is a live-in, professional position responsible for developing and managing the operations, programs, and services of an assigned area of residence halls. Responsible for providing comprehensive leadership and management, assisting students in total development, and selecting, supervising, and evaluating assigned employees. Responsible for adjudicating the student conduct process in assigned area. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
