Nexus Indian-Oaks is looking to add a Receptionist to our fantastic team! Our Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, assist visitors, and provide a variety of clerical support to the Agency while fostering an inviting and professional environment for agency staff, visitors, youth, and family. Nexus-Indian Oaks is part of Nexus Family Healing, a national nonprofit network of mental health agencies providing innovative, customized help for children and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues often stemming from significant levels of childhood trauma. Primary responsibilities: Answer Incoming Calls Receives and answers all incoming calls with poise, professionalism emulating Nexus' ICARE values. Actively listens to each caller and discerns their needs, directing each caller to the appropriate individual or program with the intent to connect the caller with the right person the first time.
