You will be a Painter Sr. with our team in Archbald, PA. Lockheed Martin Archbald is a full-service Missiles and Fire Control facility that provides design, manufacturing, engineering & field service support for both domestic and international customers. What You Will Be Doing. As a Painter Sr., your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Follows instructions to mark fabricated components using silk screen, stencil or pad printing methods and various types of inks or paints in accordance with manufacturing instructions - Makes paper stencils to meet marking requirements of sketches or blueprints - Uses a spray gun for stenciling all kinds of surfaces or manufacturing articles with material such as ink, enamels, lacquer, paint, etc. - Uses solvents and aqueous cleaners, or abrasive blasting to clean parts, mask/unmask painted parts, apply localized tin plating, and light mechanical assembly - Wash, mask, shot/abrasive blast, and apply metal flame spray to parts and weld...Painter, Painting, Manufacturing, Technology, Instruction, Equipment
