Job Overview:
Location: In-office – Sioux City, IA
Schedule: Full-time (M-F, 8a-5p)
Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule active healthcare personnel to meet facility needs
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and employees
- Ensure all shifts are covered with appropriately qualified staff
- Input, confirm, and verify schedules with accuracy
- Address and document attendance issues as needed
- Provide timely updates on scheduling changes or modifications
- Be available for after-hours scheduling as required
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in call center, customer service, sales, or staffing preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with staff and clients
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing needs
