The Temporary Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for employee file projects at a New York City healthcare location, with an estimated assignment duration of six (6) months. Opportunities are located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, or Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and shred employee file documentation
- Employee document retrieval/collection
- Upload digitized files to HRIS database
- Other HR administrative duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience, required
- Prior HR office experience with knowledge of employee file documentation, required
- Previous healthcare experience, preferred
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently
Hourly Rate = $17.00 - $22.00
