We're seeking a newBusiness Analystto join our Platform Insights team within our Loans Enablement Platform. This role is located inPittsburgh, PA- HYBRID (3 days in office, 2 days work from home per week).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Conducts and leads analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or operational planning activities.
  • Creates content by telling stories using data (visualization)
  • Independently applies processes and precedents to gather, organize and review platform, system, financial and operational data/metrics.
  • Analyzes and synthesizes the data and compiles it into reports or C suite presentations.
  • Communicates effectively with technical and business staff.
  • Develops and delivers both insightful, and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.
  • Stays abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
  • Participates on project teams, providing analytical expertise in support of project objectives.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced staff.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 6-10 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience leading initiatives preferred
