About the Opportunity: Job Title: Machine Operator 2 Pay Rate Range:$19/Hour Location:Forest Lake, MN Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 7:30AM-3:30PM Position Type:Temp to HireMachine Operator 2 Requirements and Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED preferred but not required.

2-3 years of Machine Operating experience

Strong reliability, dependability, and proactive work ethic.

Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in English to effectively understand and communicate job instructions.

Ability to perform essential duties with precision and attention to detail.

Aptitude for problem-solving, data collection, and analysis.

Proficient in basic mathematical computations.

Rarely lifting 40lbs.

Standing for long durations of time and sitting occasionally as well

Use hands and fingers with good dexterity.

Machine Operator 2 Duties and Responsibilities:

Operating machines that produce medical device components

Handling components and checking for defects

Count and label packaging

Follow documented processes and document records accurately.

Operating machine and assembling products

Performing repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
