Clinical Magnet is partnering with one of our largest clients to select their next Director of Nursing for one of their surgery center locations just outside the Columbus, OH area. Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:
- Lead all aspects of the nursing department for the facility, overseeing OR, Preop, and PACU
- Lead all quality improvement, infection control, and process improvement procedures for the facility
- Oversee all nursing education programs for the facility
- Serve as a working leader, helping with direct patient care when necessary
Requirements for the Director of Nursing:
- 2+ years of nursing management experience is preferred
- Nursing experience in an Operating Room (pre-op/PACU) is preferred
- Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center setting is preferred
- Growth mindset, with a desire to learn and eagerness to lead a team
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current Nursing License
Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Director of Nursing:
- $115,000-$135,000 base salary, with annual bonus incentive
- Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
- Schedule is M-F, Onsite
