- Cleans and sanitizes all bathroom fixtures.
- Cleans lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and window blinds.
- Dusts furniture, bookcases, window seals, walls, ceiling and woodwork.
- Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes and/or polishes floors.
- Washes windows, doors, and glass door fronts.
- Performs light maintenance/repair work on toilets and sinks.
- Restocks bathroom and cleaning materials.
- Picks up trash and debris throughout campus.
QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements: This is an entry level position. Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Attention to detail and good decision-making skills.
- Communicate effectively and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a satisfactory work attendance.
- Ability to work variable work schedules, rotate through multiple stations, and work overtime as assigned.
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures.
Work Environment:
- Ability to work in manufacturing facilities and regularly be exposed to varying and extreme temperatures, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects and heavy forklift traffic.
- Ability to stand for 95% of workdays.
