As an essential part of the Food & Beverage department, you'll work with the Leadership team! Here, you will assist and oversees all aspects of the F&B department and be involved in leading and training our food and beverage employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining food quality standards.

Job Status/Type: Seasonal/Part Time

Position Level: Supervisor

Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Typical Work Schedule

• 3-5 days/week
• Days, mid-shifts, and nights
• Shifts can vary based on business needs and holidays

Positions are currently available for those who are 16 or older.

Responsibilities:

As a part of the Carowinds Food and Beverage team, your daily assigned duties would be as follows:

• Ensure product quality
• Ensure guest satisfaction
• Train and lead associates
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Food services experience
• Some leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Driver's license required.
