The local residential rental business is looking for a qualified person to perform general maintenance on inhabited and uninhabited, single and multi-family dwellings. No certifications are required but knowledge of maintenance skills and a basic set of tools a must. Duties could range from outlet replacement to total space rehab. Duties:

• Vacant Turnover
• Fix or replace any light switch, outlets covers, light bulbs, and blinds
• Remove trash
• Replace appliances
• More duties assigned on the job

Requirements:

• GED or Highschool diploma
• Strong maintenance skills
• Established abilities
• Be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid Drivers License
• Maintenance skills

Job Type: Temp to full-time

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, overtime as needed possible weekend rotation

Salary: $18 an hour
