We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of production orders, inventory management, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accurately enter and maintain bill of material information in the system, ensuring all necessary details are included in costing. Generate and process production orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Finalize and close completed production orders, ensuring all required documentation and records are updated.
