Your role will include: Running the Digital Court: Assist in managing and optimizing Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, keeping everyone on the same page and running smoothly. Project Flex: Jump into cross-functional IT projects, integrating collaboration tools into enterprise systems to improve overall performance. Training Like a Pro: Develop how-to guides and training materials to help users get the most out of our collaboration platformsempowering the whole team with tech knowledge. Streamlining the Flow: Identify areas for improvement in collaboration workflows, making sure were always ahead of the game in efficiency. If youve got: School Game: Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with experience in Microsoft 365 (3.0 GPA preferred). Problem-Solving Game: A keen eye for detail and the ability to tackle challenges with creative, out-of-the-box solutions. Communication Flow: Strong written and verbal communication skills to break down complex tech concepts into easy-to-digest info.
