Provide flawless service to online shopping guests via telephone and/or email correspondence while adhering to the company service basics. Prepare and fulfill incoming orders placed through the e-commerce website.
- Provide timely and accurate fulfillment of orders placed through our e-commerce website.
- Pick merchandise and prepare for shipping. Pack orders into boxes and apply appropriate postage.
- Ensure orders are packed in a neat, well-organized manner that will minimize damaged products during shipping.
- Communicate any customer service issues to the warehouse leadership team.
- Provide polite and timely communication to guests following company service basics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales
- Warehouse experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency preferred
- Must be a self-starter and a problem-solver
Licenses / Certifications
- Forklift certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required
