This position provides on-site administrative support services to the MPA Office of Navigation, Innovation and Stewardship (NIS). This support would include, but is not limited to, managing NIS Director's calendar and other support as needed, processing and distributing invoices, scanning, and saving documents in Project Wise, assisting with meeting scheduling and preparations, processing of various forms including travel requests and expense reports, utilizing the Corporate Purchasing Card (CPC) System, Port Operations and Security System entries, and other administrative tasks as directed by MPA NIS. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, great attention to detail and a professional demeanor.Estimated Pay Range:Administrative Specialist: $43,909.83 - $60,376.59Senior Administrative Specialist: $48,301.85 - $66,414.31Lead Administrative Specialist: $58,444.70 - $80,361.47Benefits:

Minimum Requirements:Minimum qualifications include graduation from high school or GED plus three years to seven years of administrative or professional experience as indicated below. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a standard physical examination, ability to lift 25 pounds, and possession of a valid driver's license with less than 5 points.
