POSITION DESCRIPTION:

PM Dishwasher with some other duties

GENERAL DUTIES

• Assists cook as directed by the food service director

• Sets up room trays for residents

• Keeps up with dishes as they come back from cook line and residents

• Follows production sheets and pre-preparation sheets or guidelines when appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS

• The dietary aide candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read and understand English for business necessity.

• Basic understanding of sanitation, organization and safety.

• Prior experience in food service preferred.

• Prior experience in long-term care preferred
