We are looking for a self-motivated team player that can assist in maintaining and growing our private label brand, TradeStar. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of the portfolio, product pipeline, supporting databases, website maintenance, sales reporting and other defined tasks to support all aspects of the business. Responsibilities Support initiatives on reports necessary to track and analyze business metrics Compile and summarize information using Excel or other tools Identify new process improvement opportunities Assist with generating reports and compiling data/information for ongoing reports (i.e. monthly sales, order points, inventory valuation, and others as required) Assist with other responsibilities or projects as assigned Provide general data entry support in a timely and efficient manner Maintain pipeline data base for TradeStar products Update website to include new products, coming soon and all relevant product information. Requirements and Skills Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience with plumbing or HVAC products. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel Experience with Eclipse software Ability to learn new processes as needed. Agility to manage multiple projects and data sources, while adhering to timelines and expectations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
