  • Prepare work tickets from company employees.
  • Input work ticket data into the accounting database for payroll, accounts receivable and per diem networks.
  • Track customer purchase orders to cross reference accuracy of information with field tickets as well as give weekly updates to customer and management of current totals.
  • Also send emails to division managers informing that certain thresholds have been met; example: 50% balance, 75% balance, 90% balance has been exhausted of any given PO.
  • Generate invoices based off data entered from field tickets.
  • Revise field tickets when necessary.
  • Willingness to work overtime if need be.
  • Any other task deemed necessary by Office Management
QualificationsRequired Qualification(s)
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Able to meet NVIs Drug and Alcohol Policies
  • Required to pass FBI and MVR background check
Preferred Qualification & Experience
  • Degree from an accredited university
  • Previous experience in a similar occupation or Corporate Receptionist role
