The Receptionist meets, greets and directs persons entering facility, operates telephone console to take and relay incoming calls, assists transportation department, coordinates deliveries and may perform simple, routine, clerical tasks. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Previous receptionist experience required. Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to learn, understand and support the IHM mission and values Good verbal and written communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff, visitors, vendors, family members, residents, and tenants in all situations. Multi-tasking skills, fast recall and memorization abilities. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and remain calm during emergency situations.
