Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Home Health RN, Home Health Registered Nurse to visit patients at home for our Clients in Westchester County. High Demand for Full Time Home Care Registered Nurse. Visit areas available in Westchester County, additional openings available in Rockland County or Putnam County, NY. Will train experienced RNs with Acute Care, Hospital, Nursing Home and Home Care RN experience! Field RN's needed for Certified Home Care Agencies, Licensed Home Care Agencies and Managed Long Term Care Plans in NYC and surrounding areas.Visit Areas Available in:North Riverdale, Yonkers, Dobbs FerryTarrytown, Ossining, Croton-On-Hudson, PeekskillMount Vernon, New Rochelle, Throggs Neck, White PlainsPutnam CountyRockland CountyAbout the position:Home Care RN will make 25 patient visits per week in designated area, with Certified Home Health Agency, CHHA visits. Flexible schedule with opportunity to make additional visits for extra pay!The RN (Registered Nurse) performs home visits, assessments and follow up visits to patients. The RN advocates for quality patient care, collaborates with Physicians and other providers to maintain a safe and effective home environment for patients. The Registered Nurse works closely with patients, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care is provided at home.Qualifications:Must be a NYS Registered NurseKnowledge of ICD 10 and OASIS Guidelines a plus, but not requiredExperience working for a CHHA, LHCSA or MLTC a PLUS!Will train RN's with Acute Care, Hospital, Nursing Home or Home Care experience!Ability to visit patients in a home environmentWillingness to collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team as neededExcellent Organizational Skills Required.BSN as plus but not required.Competitive Salary up to $117,000, based on years of RN experience plus Bonus, Employer Contribution of 6% of salary to Retirement Plan, up to $15k per year in Education Reimbursement, Generous PTO (19 Vacation, 10 Sick, 11 Holidays, 5 Elective Holidays), Medical / Dental / Vision and more!Qualified Candidates Please Apply Now for Immediate Consideration!#IND1
