Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Oversee patient care and treatments, lead assessments, develop tailored care plans, and address patient needs for exceptional service.
• Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate effective recovery.
• Collaborate with team members from different departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct services as needed.
• Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting with complex patient challenges.
• Celebrate and acknowledge the achievements and progress of our patients.

Qualifications Needed

• Active RN license as per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Preferred one year experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
