: Job Details :

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Install computer peripherals for users. Coordinate maintenance of security cameras and systems. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network. Travel: Frequent travel 30-mile radius. Periodic travel out of area. Required Qualifications Integrity Associates Degree or comparable experience: Computer Science or related field. Proficient understanding of network architecture and client/server technology.
