Roving Assistant Property Manager (Central IL)
: Job Details :

O Ensuring team adherence to all Monarch policies and best practices. o Ensuring proper use of all standard documents and forms (timecards, leases, License to Occupy, etc.). o Leasing properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels, per owner guidelines. o Capturing desired tenant renewals at the highest rate possible. o Managing delinquency of rental and other income (including posting/collecting/tracking relevant information, consistently attempting to collect Bad Debt prior to write offs, etc.). o Responding timely to resident requests and complaints. o Signing new and renewal lease documents / files as needed. o Maintaining and organizing records and files based on company and legal requirements. o Ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant, and at its greatest impact.
