Job Description :

As a Senior Analog Design Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing high-reliability analog and mixed-signal circuits for aerospace systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and develop high-reliability analog and mixed-signal circuits, including power supplies, signal conditioning, amplifiers, and sensor interfaces.
  • Perform circuit simulations, worst-case analyses, and tolerance studies to ensure robust performance in extreme aerospace environments.
  • Select and qualify electronic components that meet stringent reliability and environmental requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including verification and validation of designs in laboratory and field environments.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, such as DO-254, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-883.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Work collaboratively with systems, mechanical, and software engineers to integrate electronic systems into larger aerospace platforms.
  • Participate in failure analysis and root cause investigations to enhance product reliability.
  • Document designs, analyses, and test results for regulatory and internal reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Strong expertise in low-noise amplifiers, precision signal conditioning, power management, and high-reliability design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, LTspice, or PSpice.
  • Experience with PCB layout best practices to ensure signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
  • Knowledge of reliability analysis methods such as FMEA, WCA, and MTBF calculations.
  • Familiarity with aerospace regulatory and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
