Job Description :

Housecalls Home Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead and manage all aspects of our CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) services. As the CDPAP Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, ensuring program efficiency, compliance, and quality of care, while also driving improvements in customer satisfaction and caregiver engagement.

As the CDPAP Director, you will play a critical role in the success of our program by managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and leading initiatives that support both our caregivers and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall operations of the CDPAP program, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of personal assistants and caregivers.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to the CDPAP program.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance program efficiency and quality of care.
  • Establish metrics to measure operational effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Oversee schedule management and ensure optimal staffing to meet client needs.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment for caregivers.
  • Drive customer service and satisfaction improvements by analyzing feedback and making operational adjustments.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive work environment for all staff members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, CDPAP regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous program improvement.
  • Communicate and implement changes in policies or procedures to staff effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing operations, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of CDPAP regulations, healthcare operations, and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive performance improvements.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in program management software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
