The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Program Manager for the ACCS/AMHS Program to provide clinical and managerial oversight for staff supporting clients in need of outreach services. Your role as a Program Manager: The Program Manager for the ACCS/AMHS Program to provide clinical and managerial oversight for staff supporting clients in need of outreach services. This role emphasizes collaboration within a team-driven model to ensure quality care and effective program management. Responsibilities include developing crisis interventions plans, supervising clinical and direct care staff, monitoring client progress, and fostering relationships with external providers. Requirements:
- 3 year's experience working with psychiatric population
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health field from an accredited educational institution required
- Preferred to hold clinical license
- Master's degree in a mental health field required
