Responsibilities
- Provide a professional customer service experience to all customers.
- Must be proficient with technology relating to telephone systems and PC knowledge.
- Represent and uphold the standards of the BMW and Porsche brands.
- Provides receptionist, administrative and secretarial support.
- Operate multi-line Polycom telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Perform various clerical duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
- Be a multi-tasker.
- Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
Qualifications
- Successful candidate should possess pleasant phone personality and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Must be dependable, efficient and able to multi-task with emotional control and must have a proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
