Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues, including printers, computers, and routers.
- Perform routine maintenance on office computers, such as installing software, removing viruses, and replacing hard drives.
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites using tools like Elementor and other drag-and-drop editors.
- Manage and administer user permissions across various platforms.
- Oversee hosting services (e.g., Bluehost) to ensure website functionality and security.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment, particularly Ubiquiti devices.
- Edit and enhance images using software like Photoshop or GIMP.
- Communicate with and track the work of external contractors managing company websites.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, SEO strategies, and social media presence to enhance online visibility.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in WordPress development and website maintenance.
- Experience with hosting management platforms like Bluehost.
- Familiarity with domain services (e.g., GoDaddy or similar providers).
- Knowledge of network equipment maintenance, especially Ubiquiti devices.
- Strong photo editing skills using Photoshop or GIMP.
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO best practices, and social media management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively with peers to solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to provide effective and organized support to our office team.
Valuable Skills but Not Required
- Experience with automation platforms like Crestron or similar systems.
- Ability to administer and maintain CCTV hardware, including hard drive replacements and footage retrieval.
- Experience with audio and video editing.
- Familiarity with lighting control systems like Enttec S-Play using protocols such as sACN and Art-Net.
- Ability to run and terminate wiring for CCTV and Ethernet networks.
- Experience troubleshooting audio-visual hardware.
- Strong background in hardware research and prototyping.
- Ability to design cost-effective systems tailored for interactive scene needs.
