JOB SCOPE: To welcome and direct guests, schedule appointments, post charges relating to services received by guests and to ensure a smooth, efficient and cost-effective operation of all functions relating to the reception desk, scheduling of operators and maintaining the highest level of guest relations, confidentiality, cleanliness and security as relates to guests and employees, including safety procedures as detailed. JOB FUNCTIONS: Guest Related Tasks:
Be totally familiar with treatments, packages, and products offered in the Spa Have an upbeat positive attitude at all times. Fully understand and be proficient in the scheduling software. Answer the telephone within three rings Obtain full information on every guest scheduling an appointment. full name telephone number address payment information. Respond to and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous, interested and professional manner. Ensure the privacy and security of the guests at all times. This is to include not allowing tours of the Spa, when appropriate. Keep a record of and be familiar with all groups and VIP arrivals in the Spa and Estate Appointments
Be aware of the scheduling and advise providers in a timely manner of appointments changes or cancellations. Have awareness of the qualifications of the providers as it pertains to services being scheduled. Be aware of the treatment rooms in the Spa and schedule only appointments in appropriate rooms. Ensure that posting of services is done in an accurate and timely manner. Workstation Duties
Set up workstation with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness throughout shift. Ensure that office supplies inventory is kept at par level and requisition Spa Duties
Perform occasional walks through the Spa checking for cleanliness and safety hazards. Performs SPA tours. Assist in Fitness Center & Yoga Studio when needed. Appearance and Grooming
Maintain a clean, neat, attractive appearance all the time. This to include the cleanliness of uniform A neatly groomed appearance and professional demeanor
