As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving processes and technical applications that contribute to our mission. In this role, you will:
- Analyze, improve, and document procedures and the computer-based systems used in all Homeownership operations. Document the processes for all business lines and create process maps for procedures. Review and recommend improvements to support efficient and consistent operations.
- Define and manage the business scope and requirements for the development of new mortgage products, enhancements to existing offerings, and feature revisions ensuring successful implementation for staff and lending partners.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, identifying underlying problems, and develop effective solutions to prevent future occurrences. Provide ongoing detailed knowledge and problem resolution for staff and business partners, working with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, provide user support and training for Microsoft 365 tools, and implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards within the Microsoft 365.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
- Experience with mortgage lending, banking, or other financial systems.
- Experience with Encompass preferred.
- Ability to understand technical systems and operational processes to analyze Homeownership system and process requirements.
- Education: nine to ten years relevant work experience, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.
