  • Build a welcoming and engaged member community.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve 100% occupancy.
  • Curate events and partnerships that strengthen The Shop's presence in Brooklyn.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience.
  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet goals and deliver top-tier service.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that support our broader growth plan.
  • Foster a dynamic sense of community through relevant programming and personal introductions.
  • Provide superlative customer service and hospitality.
  • Develop and leverage external partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and member data; produce and present regular reports.
  • Manage member experience from first contact through move-out.
  • Implement and communicate community rules and guidelines.
  • Manage, train, and communicate with staff to develop a highly effective team.
  • Plan and manage shift schedules to ensure coverage and service.
  • Proactively manage all building operations and maintenance.
  • Monitor budget and prepare monthly financial reports.Skills, Experience, & Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, hospitality or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in hospitality, coworking, or a related field.
  • Business operations and team management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Enjoys anticipating needs and making people feel welcome.
  • Adept with technology and comfortable troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable and professional demeanor.
  • Able to adapt to change and be flexible.
  • Relevant engagement with the business community preferred.Physical Demands:
  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time.
  • May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • May involve close vision and viewing computer monitor for extended periods.
  • Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and office equipment.
  • May involve moving or lifting items at or about 40 pounds.Work Hour Requirements:
