Role Purpose Statement

The Process Improvement Transformation Lead plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that optimize and integrate the company's costing and pricing strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director of Costing & Pricing, this role ensures the successful execution of transformation projects, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business impact. Acting as a trusted advisor and program leader, this individual spearheads process improvements, enhances cost transparency, and develops agile pricing strategies. This is a high-visibility position with strong professional growth opportunities in an evolving and dynamic business environment.

Main Accountabilities
  • Strategic Transformation Leadership: Partner with the Senior Director to execute the Costing & Pricing Transformation program, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with business goals.
  • End-to-End Project Execution: Lead key transformation projects, defining project scope, timelines, and success metrics while managing deliverables across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Finance, and Operations to drive seamless coordination of costing and pricing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external consultants, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and value-driven solutions within the Costing & Pricing function.
  • Digital Enablement: Support the integration of digital tools to enhance pricing accuracy, cost transparency, and operational agility.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes within the Costing & Pricing team.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess transformation success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for executive leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience leading strategic projects in a costing, pricing, or financial transformation context.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of costing and pricing principles, financial analysis, and business strategy.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to structure complex problems, drive data-driven solutions, and implement pragmatic improvements.
  • Leadership & Influence: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, gain stakeholder buy-in, and drive execution with accountability.
  • Transformation Experience: Background in (digital) transformation initiatives, particularly within costing and pricing functions, is highly desirable.
  • Communication Excellence: Skilled in articulating complex strategies in presentations, reports, and business documentation.
